The Office of Enrollment Communications provides marketing support to undergraduate, graduate, and online programs through the creation of nurturing email campaigns, program fact sheets, informational videos, and website audits in an effort to promote student recruitment at UNCG. Please use the forms below to provide program details and request various communications pieces.

NURTURING EMAILS
The Enrollment Communications team will implement a series of email communications using the Slate platform. These emails will be sent to individuals who have requested information or applied to your program. We recommend that you review your email content at least every six months to ensure that the content stays accurate and up to date.

FACT SHEETS
Some departments find it helpful to have a printed piece to bring to conferences and other events where they will speak to prospective students. These pieces can be printed and reordered very easily and economically through Spartan Printing. Once your piece has been created, the final files will be given to you and your school/college communications staff so that they can make any small adjustments that may be needed over time.

WEBSITE AUDIT
Is your website an effective tool for student recruitment? Our Associate Director of Digital Strategies will review your site and provide feedback on how you can implement best-practice techniques. He can partner with your department’s webmaster or share findings with key faculty/staff.

Use this form to request text or email communications that aren’t part of a larger campaign. Note: this service is only available to select offices.
