The Division of Enrollment Management is comprised of Undergraduate Admissions, International Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Enrollment Communications, and Finance and Business Operations.

Tina McEntire is the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management at UNC Greensboro and leads the Division of Enrollment Management with five departments and near 100 employees. She has 26 years of higher education experience. As the Vice Chancellor at UNC Greensboro, Tina has transformed the unit of Enrollment Management into a division that oversees enrollment planning at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior to joining UNC Greensboro, Tina served as the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management at UNC Charlotte. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and her Master of Public Administration from UNC Charlotte, and also has a current PMP certification.

From 2015-2021 Joel served as assistant vice chancellor for Enrollment Management at Winston-Salem State University where he led a team that delivered five of the eight largest freshman classes in school history, implemented a new strategic enrollment plan, and deployed numerous improvements to technical and business processes. He has a proven record of success in higher education leadership, a deep understanding of the UNC system, and a history of achieving growth in diverse, equity-based environments. Joel has a B.A. in English from Roanoke College and a Masters of Management from National American University.

Erin is excited to be a part of the Spartan family, bringing with her over 15 years of college admissions experience. Prior to UNCG, she was the Director of Admissions at Randolph-Macon College for 5 years and before that worked at Guilford College, so she’s a boomerang back to GSO. Erin completed her undergraduate degree at Hiram College, graduating with a B.A. in Communication Studies. She also has an M.Ed in Enrollment Management and Policy from the University of Southern California.

Katie has spent almost 20 years cultivating a breadth of marketing expertise across corporate, agency and non-profit sectors. She has worked with theme parks and luxury resorts, but her heart is in higher ed. Prior to her role as the Director of UNCG’s Office of Enrollment Communications, Katie spent six years in admissions and enrollment marketing at the University of North Florida. She holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.

Suvondra is a proven business leader with over 15 years of progressively responsible financial management experience in higher education. She provides a wealth of experience through her work with senior academic leaders and collaborations with various offices ranging from Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and campus business offices. Prior to joining UNCG, Suvondra served as Director of Budget and Administration at Winston-Salem State University. A proud alum, she earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Bryan School of Business at UNCG and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Dawn Herrod is excited to serve as the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships at UNCG, bringing over 27 years of expertise in financial aid and higher education. She spent her career at University of Central Florida (UCF), starting as a front-line financial aid counselor and advancing through various roles, including Director of Financial Aid Services at the UCF College of Medicine. Her journey culminated as the financial aid functional lead for the SIS for UCF’s entire financial aid operation. Dawn holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from UCF.

Brynne Pulver is the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management bringing over ten years of administration experience in a variety of fields including higher education, law, and the arts. Prior to joining the UNCG Enrollment Management team, Brynne worked as an Executive Assistant and Paralegal for a law firm in Boston, MA and served as the Director of Operations and Administration for MassOpera. Ms. Pulver holds a Master of Music and a Graduate Performance Diploma in Voice Performance from The Boston Conservatory, a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in Music in Vocal Performance and Music Education from Appalachian State University.

Before joining UNCG Enrollment Management in 2021, Jenna worked for nearly a decade as the Director of Research & Reporting for Enrollment Services at the University of Houston. At both institutions, she has spent her time projecting undergraduate enrollment, and analyzing predictors of applicant yield and student success. Jenna earned her PhD in Social Work at UNC Chapel Hill, where she focused her research on the intersection between education, finances, and family. She also has a master’s degree in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University.

Gina originally joined UNCG in 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in higher education, working at community colleges and public & private 4-year institutions across the Carolinas. She brings deep experience in student services, including financial aid and scholarship management, undergraduate & graduate recruitment, and academic advising, as well as robust higher education marketing and communications experience. Gina has a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies from Furman University and an M.A. in History from UNCG.
